Witness At Tornillo will stream online on Saturday 18 April at 4:00 p.m. CDT as part of the Kansas City FilmFest International 2020. It is an official selection in the documentary feature category. The event was moved online due to the coronavirus.

This is the only time the film will be available online until Carbon Trace Productions offers it for pay-per-view after the current film festival season.

A Q & A with Director Shane Franklin and Editor Taye Taye will immediately follow the stream on Zoom.

All-access festival passes are available through the KC FilmFest website.

The Carbon Trace crew is producing a sequel focusing on the Migrant Protection Protocols — also known as the “remain in Mexico” policy — examining the lives of refugees in the border camps and the private citizen volunteers helping them survive as they wait for their hearings in the asylum tent courts.

You can help tell this new story, and keep Witness At Tornillo in circulation, by making a tax-deductible donation to Carbon Trace Productions.
